With a proven track record across public and private sectors, Monica leads high-impact initiatives spanning technology, sustainability, education, and healthcare—transforming startup companies and enterprise initiatives into scalable solutions As CEO of 3SE, LLC, Monica stewards cross-functional executive teams. Previously at Spotnana with $150M in funding, she aligned AI engineering, finance, and operations to optimize product growth for Amex, Walmart, Google and Marriott generating over $11M in revenue. Her prior work includes navigating public and private sectors, advising early-stage startups, leading the TechHire state-funded initiative for San Jose Colleges and supporting Amazonian Rainforest and Smithsonian research. Monica is an EPA Fellow with a master’s degree in environmental systems from Florida International University. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology, Summa Cum Laude, from Boston University and is a Phi Beta Kappa member. Monica enjoys her Midwest roots and the Florida sunshine with her husband and family.
