Helping Families Around The Nation
Thank you so much for your help with gas and Walmart gift cards. We will think of “Live Like Bella” every time we use them. My husband was let go from his job January 7, 2019 so this is a much-needed help for us. The gas cards will get us filled up for a week of driving an hour each way back and forth to the hospital next week for chemo. We truly thank you for helping our family in a time of need.
On behalf of our family and Luna Amelia, we thank you infinitely for the gifts you sent us. Since December 2018 when Luna was diagnosed, we knew that we would begin to walk through a slow process but one that would teach us a like lesson every day. We have entered and left the hospital on several occasions and have spent 35 hospital days. I think more, but in reality, I do not count the days of entry but the moments that my daughter smiles, plays, and has the energy that teaches us to be better people every day. You have no idea how much it helped to have had the support of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and the different foundation, especially yours, as an ally. We still have a long road with Luna, we are currently waiting for MRI and CT scans to find out what our next steps are. As we continue to learn during this process, Luna’s smile and energy will help us move forward. I just have to say goodbye with a big THANK YOU and know that the spirit of Bella will always be with us.
Live Like Bella®, our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for sending us the gift cars. We thank you for your support and encouragement and we bless your organization so that you can help other families in need. As you already know, it is a very difficult journey and any help that we get is so greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support through Isaac’s journey. The financial gift helped us with groceries and gas during this tough time. He has gone through five rounds od chemotherapy, resection surgery, two stem cell transplants, radiation, and now immune therapy. He is a tough 3 year old.
Hello, I wanted to thank you for the Publix gift cards. They have helped us so much. I am so blessed to have people like you in our lives. Mia is a first-grade gymnastics super star and was beginning her competition January when she was diagnosed with ALL. Our world turned upside down in a split second. She showed no signs of illness just looked pale and complained of leg pain. It has been a journey for all of us involved.
Live Like Bella® I wanted to great you all and at the sometime inform you about Vilma’s progress. She underwent a bone marrow transplant on June 9 and thanks to God and medical science she has responded very well, her brother was the donor. We are waiting and trusting in God that everything continues to go well. I appreciate all your help, thank you with all my heart.
