Marta Ramirez joined PayCargo in December 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry, including multiple HR leadership roles at American Airlines, DHL, IATA, Geodis, and, most recently, DB Schenker, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Region Americas. She has demonstrated a unique ability to enhance employee experiences with creative solutions for customer service and talent management as a trusted people advisor. Her operations industry background, combined with her expertise in human resources and passion for people, drives PayCargo’s people strategy. She holds an MIBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Trinity International University.
