Emotional Support: Peer support, mental health resources, and trauma-informed services, plus Hope Chests with comfort items for children and siblings starting treatment.

Oliver Patch Project

Mission: The Oliver Patch Project empowers children and teens facing life-changing medical journeys by bringing sunshine and strength through creativity.

Population Served: Based in Miami, FL, OPP serves children and families across all 50 U.S. states.

Emotional Support: Children and teens receive custom-designed patches that mark milestones and foster connection, hope, and resilience through a creative, engaging platform.

Miggy’s Project Foundation

Mission: Miggy’s Gift Foundation provides emotional support to pediatric cancer patients through personalized care packages and uplifting hospital visits.

Population Served: Children receiving treatment at Miami Cancer Institute, Holtz, Joe DiMaggio, and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Emotional Support: Patients receive custom baskets with toys, crafts, and comfort items, along with in-hospital visits featuring art activities and magic shows.

Mia’s Miracles Foundation

Mission: Mia’s Miracles provides small blessings with large impacts, offering hope and comfort to children and families facing challenging circumstances.

Population Served: Families in treatment at partner hospitals in Florida and Colombia, and families across the U.S. with a child in active treatment for brain cancer.

Emotional Programs: Mia’s Serenity Spaces offer peaceful retreats for caregivers; Helping Hands bags bring comfort to moms; Family Fun Events and Support Trays provide joy and encouragement during difficult times.

Sofia’s Hope

Mission: Sofia’s Hope raises awareness about childhood cancer’s long-term effects, supports families through patient programs, and funds pediatric cardio-oncology research.

Population Served: Children and families receiving care at hospitals across South Florida, from Miami-Dade to West Palm Beach.

Emotional Support: Programs include virtual tutoring, art therapy, camps, zoo visits, scholarships, and gift cards for essential needs—available to patients, survivors, and siblings ages 5 and up.

The B+ (BePositive) Foundation

Mission: The B+ Foundation is Kids Helping Kids Fight Cancer—raising funds to support families financially and emotionally, while advancing childhood cancer research.

Bear Necessities

Mission: Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation brings hope and support to families affected by pediatric cancer, working toward a world free of the disease.

Population Served: Children ages 0–19 in treatment for pediatric cancer who live in Illinois or are treated at Illinois hospitals.

Emotional Support: Families receive custom Bear Hugs, gifts or experiences designed to bring joy as well as free counseling sessions for patients and immediate family members.

Mission: Book for Hope® raises awareness about childhood cancer, provides financial aid to families in treatment, and supports research to find a cure.

Emotional Support: Families receive comfort items like character wigs, blankets, and stuffed bears, plus financial help with housing, bills, repairs, meals, and more.

Mission: CURE Childhood Cancer is committed to conquering childhood cancer through targeted research and comprehensive support for patients and their families.

Emotional Support: CURE offers counseling through licensed therapists for patients, siblings, and caregivers, plus emergency financial assistance for urgent needs like housing, utilities, transportation, and medical costs.

A Moment of Magic

Mission: A Moment of Magic improves the mental health and quality of life of vulnerable children through imaginative play, emotional support, and creative programming.

Population Served: Children ages 3–18 across all 50 states, served through 30+ college chapters and virtual programs.

Emotional Support: Programs include character visits, creative play, mental health sessions, family support resources, and AMoM Unlimited’s virtual storytimes, crafts, and mindfulness content.

Cancer Hope Network 

Mission: Cancer Hope Network provides one-on-one peer mentorship to empower patients and caregivers with hope through shared experiences.

Population Served: Parents and guardians across the U.S. caring for a child with cancer, supported by trained peer mentors who’ve walked a similar path.

Emotional Support: Families are matched with peer mentors other parents at least one year post-treatment offering understanding, guidance, and hope.
