Genesis Mejia’s Brave Battle

Meet Genesis Mejia, a beautiful two-year-old who was diagnosed in 2023 with malignant rhabdoid tumor (MRT), a rare childhood tumor that commonly starts in the kidneys but can also occur in other soft tissues. Since her diagnosis, the family has faced the same financial hardship most families do when fighting this disease.

But in that hardship there’s still hope.Thanks to your generosity, we’ve been able to help Genesis’ family with their rent, phone, and car bills. This support has provided an immeasurable amount of peace as Genesis continues her fight against cancer. Below are a few words from her mom on what your support has meant to them.
